Well, it’s almost middle of the night ,when i decided to write down all my thoughts which are not letting me sleep. It happens with everyone when our creative mind enters the realms of fantasy, a combination of thoughts that makes a story about what we desire, which we never share with anyone obviously.
Fantasies, most of them, are unspoken truth of our personalities which may not be well accepted around the environment we live in, it’s my own interpretation one can disagree with that. It made me so afraid that what if i fail to achieve what i want…than what will happen next? Blah Blah Blah…
Is it really worth worrying about something that actually never existed? Funny isn’t it how i am being afraid of my own thoughts…This is how depression starts. You don’t have money you start combining your thoughts to fantasise about it to feel the pleasure of having it. When you come back to reality BOOM…here comes depression as the price of the pleasure of your fantasies. Same in the case of Love, Fame, gender ,friendship & business so on…
IT HURTS…That is the reason why i am writing about it , because writing is pulling me back to my realities and is making me more focused on how to stay in reality. I know many people are struggling to remain in the reality like me to work for what we desire.
So, HOW TO STAY IN REALITY…These are the things which works for me and it will definitely work for you also.
- Write down all your thought, no matter how stupid they sound, at least for once and just burn whatever you wrote. It works for me & is definitely gonna work for you. Because the more you avoid these thoughts the more they are gonna bother you.
- Start reading more whatever books or articles you like…even if you don’t like just start doing it and push yourself to focus on reading. It actually helps to train your brain to thought in a certain way and believe me it will make you more productive.
- Its a little tough, reduce social media encounter as much as possible. Because my love social media has the power of manipulation which right now you can’t resist.
- Meditation or Prayer the most effective one…
- Start writing dairy, your daily routine, your encouragement with other people, how you handle different situations around you, how people treat you & especially how you handle haters. Ironically every-single soul has haters…and your haters tells you how valuable you are.
I have been working on these five things for quite a long time and i’ve found myself in a very different but at better place. These few tips will aslo work for you but only when you work on them
